No. All automotive products and parts can be delivered.

All packages will be safely secured during transit with additional safety measures in place to ensure your products arrive to your customer in ordered condition.
What areas/regions do you cover for deliveries?
We serve the whole of Pretoria.
Is there a minimum/maximum order quantity or value for using your delivery services?
There is no minimum or maximum quantity required.
How do you handle returns or exchanges in your delivery service?
If wrong package has been delivered. The customer is to notify the driver and the return won’t be charged if the fault was on Auto-1.
How quickly can I expect deliveries to be fulfilled after an order is placed?
All deliveries will have an estimated time arrival, all packages will be delivered within the estimated time arrival, delays will be communicated if delivery has exceeded the estimated time arrival.
Can I schedule deliveries for specific time slots to accomodate customer preferences?
Yes, scheduled deliveries are to be made the day before or in the morning upon opening.
